If you're unfamiliar with exactly what a podcast is, or how to recieve them properly, here are a few details. If you'd rather just download the mp3's of the show, scroll down, they're at the bottom of this page.
A podcast is a show that is delivered to you as soon as a new one is released.
In order to recieve these deliveries, you need a podcast aggregator, which is a program that "catches" new episodes of podcasts as they are released.
iTunes is the most commonly used aggregator. If you have iTunes, you can go to the music store, click on "Podcasts" and then search for any kind you like. (I suggest "Green Ring Ethos") A list of podcasts matching the search terms you entered will appear, and you can click the "Subscribe" button to start recieving episodes of the podcast you selected. The podcast will appear in the "Podcasts" section of your music, usually in a section just under your Library in your menus.
If you don't use iTunes, then there are other options as well. Programs such as Juice (
) or Doppler (
) will catch podcasts as well.
If you use a program other than iTunes, you will probably have to manually tell the program where to look for the podcast. This is done using what is called an RSS feed. The RSS feed for Green Ring Ethos is http://www.greenringethos.com/greenringethos.xml. You can copy that link into your aggregator and start recieving episodes!
